A/Trans Fluid Baffle and Driven Sprocket Installation

Control Valve Body Assembly Installation

Callout Component Name
1 Driven Sprocket
Procedure 
NOTE: Ensure the driven sprocket locking tab is in the unlocked position before installing the sprocket.
  1. The driven sprocket locking tab is located on the back of the sprocket and faces the pump.
  2. Install the drive link (chain) to the driven sprocket and then install the driven sprocket to the oil pump shaft.
  3. Rotate the sprocket as shown and push down on the tab until it locks the driven sprocket in place.
2 A/Trans Fluid Baffle
3 A/Trans Fluid Baffle Bolt M6 x 25 (Qty: 2)
CAUTION: This vehicle is equipped with torque-to-yield or single use fasteners. Install a NEW torque-to-yield or single use fastener when installing this component. Failure to replace the torque-to-yield or single use fastener could cause damage to the vehicle or component.
NOTE: Install NEW bolts.

Tighten 
4 N.m (35 lb in) + 45 Degrees
