Preliminary Procedure 
Instrument Panel Insulator Hole Cover Replacement
NOTE: When removing the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator for any reason, it is required that the connector to the HVAC module be disconnected. If the vehicle battery has NOT been disconnected, when reinstalling or reconnecting the module, the BROWN J2 connector must be connected last. Once all the parts are all in place, check and clear all DTCs in the HVAC module.

Procedures

  1. Disconnect the heater and air conditioning remote control module connectors.
  2. Perform the necessary programming and setup procedure:Control Module References
  3. Clear the DTCs from the heater and air conditioning remote control module.
  4. Perform the actuator calibration procedure. Actuator Recalibration
