Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LT4)

Preliminary Procedure 
Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) 
1 Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Clamp
Procedure 
Reposition the radiator surge tank inlet hose clamps using BO-38185  Hose Clamp Pliers.
Special Tools 
BO-38185  Hose Clamp Pliers
2 Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose

Procedure

  1. Fill the coolant to the proper level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) .
  2. Inspect for coolant leaks.
