Circuit/System Description

The performance data recorder system has a memory card receptacle located in the glove compartment. The memory card receptacle interfaces with the performance data recorder via a USB cable. The memory card receptacle also receives fused battery voltage and ground from the performance data recorder. The performance data recorder uses the memory card as a mass storage device, similar to a USB storage device.
