Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the Drivetrain and front suspension frame. Refer to Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the charge air bypass valve vacuum tank tube bundle rear section. Refer to Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank Tube Replacement (Bundle Rear Section LF3) Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank Tube Replacement (Bundle Front Section LF3) Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank Tube Replacement (Left Cylinder Bank LF3) .

Procedure 
Disconnect the quick connect fittings by squeezing both ends.
