Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement (LFX) .
    2. Fig 1: Engine Wiring Harness Ignition Coil Electrical Connectors - Bank 1 (LFX)

  2. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector(s) (1) from the ignition coil(s).
    3. Fig 2: Ignition Coil & Bolts - Bank 1

  3. Remove the ignition coil bolt(s) (1).
  4. Remove the ignition coil(s) (2).
