Installation Procedure

  1. Install the EVAP emission front pipe (1) to the vehicle.
  2. Install the EVAP emission front pipe (1) to the retainers (2).
  3. Connect the EVAP emission front pipe (1) to the EVAP emission canister purge pipe. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .

  4. Install the EVAP emission front pipe (1) to the retainers (2).
  5. Install the air condition evaporator thermal expansion valve heat and brake pipe shield. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Heat and Brake Pipe Shield Replacement (LF3) .
  6. Install the drivetrain and front suspension frame. Refer to Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Replacement .
  7. Lower the vehicle.

  8. Connect the EVAP emission front pipe (1) to the EVAP purge solenoid valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  9. Install the EVAP emission front pipe (1) to the retainer (2).
  10. Install the air cleaner outlet rear duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Rear Duct Replacement (LF3) .
