Preliminary Procedures Remove the air cleaner outlet resonator. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement (LF3) . Remove the Drivetrain and front suspension frame. Refer to Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Replacement . Disconnect the charge air bypass valve right side. Refer to Charge Air Bypass Valve Replacement - Right Side (LF3) .
1	Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Clamp
2	Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Bolts (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
3	Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Procedure Install NEW charge air cooler inlet pipe seal.
