Preliminary Procedure  Remove the steering wheel spoke cover. Refer to Steering Wheel Spoke Cover Replacement .
1	Steering Wheel Horn Contact Spring Retainer Bolt (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten  8 N.m (71 lb in)
2	Steering Wheel Horn Contact Procedure  Disconnect the electrical connections.
