Preliminary Procedure Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle . Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
1	Shock Absorber Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Disconnect the electrical for the electronic suspension, if equipped. Support the lower control arm with the proper jackstand. Tighten 100 N.m (74 lb ft)
2	Shock Absorber Nut (Qty: 2) Tighten 17 N.m (13 lb ft)
