Cleaning Procedure

  1. Ensure proper use of room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) sealant. Use of Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) and Anaerobic Sealant

    Remove any RTV sealant (1) from the engine front cover using EN-28410  remover.

  2. Clean out debris from the bolt holes.
  3. Clean the engine front cover in solvent.
    4. WARNING:

    Refer to Safety Glasses Warning .

  4. Dry the engine front cover with compressed air.
