Preliminary Procedures Remove the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation Separate Steering Linkage Outer Tie Rod at Steering Knuckle - Steering Linkage Outer Tie Rod Replacement Separate Front Wheel Drive Shaft at Front Wheel Bearing and Hub Assembly - Front Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement - Left Side , or Front Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement - Right Side Front Brake Rotor Replacement (J17)Front Brake Rotor Replacement (JQ5) Remove the front wheel speed sensor from the steering knuckle and position to the side. 1	Front Suspension Strut Yoke Procedure Separate Front Lower Control Arm at Front Suspension Strut Yoke - Lower Control Arm Replacement Separate Strut Assembly at Front Suspension Strut Yoke - Strut Assembly Removal and Installation Transfer components as necessary. Measure and adjust the wheel alignment. Wheel Alignment Measurement NOTE: Note the orientation of the bracket on the front suspension strut yoke before removal to aid in installation.

Separate Front Lower Control Arm at Front Suspension Strut Yoke - Lower Control Arm Replacement
Separate Strut Assembly at Front Suspension Strut Yoke - Strut Assembly Removal and Installation
Transfer components as necessary.
Measure and adjust the wheel alignment. Wheel Alignment Measurement

Note the orientation of the bracket on the front suspension strut yoke before removal to aid in installation.
