Installation Procedure

  1. Install the evaporative emission pipe (1) to the vehicle.

  2. Connect the evaporative emission pipe (1) and install to the retainers (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  3. Install the front body exhaust heat shield right side. Refer to Front Body Exhaust Heat Shield Replacement (Right) .
  4. Install the underbody front air deflector right side. Refer to Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side .
  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. Install the evaporative emission pipe (1) to the evaporative emission canister purge solenoid valve and retainers. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .

  7. Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
