Preliminary Procedures 
Drain the charge air cooling system. Refer to Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LF3) Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vacuum Fill LF3) .
1 Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose- Pump Inlet Clamp (Qty: 2)
Special Tools 
BO-38185  Hose Clamp Pliers
For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .
2 Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose- Pump Inlet

Procedure

  1. Fill the charge air cooling system.
  2. Check the charge air cooling system for leaks.
