Preliminary Procedure Remove the check link bolt from the body side only . Refer to Front Side Door Check Link Replacement (Coupe) .
1	Front Side Door Upper Auxiliary Weatherstrip Retainer (Qty :18) Procedures Open the front side door to the fully open position. Use a suitable tool to remove the retainers from around the lower door. Pull rearward on the weatherstrip, use the tool to release the push in pin retainer. Remove all old push-in pins retainer.
2	Front Side Door Upper Auxiliary Weatherstrip Upper Retainer Procedures The weatherstrip clips to a weld-on retainer at the top of the door frame (2). Pull rearward on the weatherstrip to expose the weld-on retainer located on the top of the door frame.
3	Front Side Door Upper Auxiliary Weatherstrip Retainer Procedure Lift up on the weatherstrip by the door window frame to expose the push in retainer (3)
4	Front Side Door Upper Auxiliary Weatherstrip Procedure Ensure that the auxiliary weatherstrip is fully seated in the upper door frame channel. Verify proper door operation.
