Installation Procedure

  1. Install the ignition coil(s) (2).
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the ignition coil bolt(s) (1).

    Tighten 

    the bolt(s) to 10 (89 lb in)

  3. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector(s) (1) to the ignition coil(s) (2).
  4. For cylinder number 3 coil replacement, install the charge air cooler inlet pipe (right). Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement - Right Side (LF3) .
  5. Install the air cleaner outlet rear duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Rear Duct Replacement (LF3) .
