Installation Procedure

  1. Install the EVAP emission front pipe (1) to the vehicle.
  2. Install the EVAP emission front pipe (1) to the retainers (2).
  3. Connect the EVAP emission front pipe (1) to the EVAP emission canister purge pipe. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  4. Install the right front underbody air deflector. Refer to Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side .
  5. Install the right rear underbody air deflector. Refer to Underbody Rear Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side .
  6. Install the drivetrain and front suspension frame. Refer to Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Replacement .
  7. Lower the vehicle.

  8. Connect the EVAP emission front pipe (1) to the EVAP purge solenoid valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  9. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LFX) .
  10. Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LFX) .
