Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement

Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the windshield wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement .
2. Remove the air inlet grille panel extension. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension Replacement .
3. Remove the front compartment side sight shield. Refer to Front Compartment Side Sight Shield Replacement .

Procedure

1. Lift up the front edge of the air inlet grille panel, slide the grille panel forward from both hood hinges.
2. Use a suitable plastic tool to release the air inlet grille panel from the windshield retainer.
3. Disconnect the windshield washer hose.
4. Transfer parts as needed.
