1	Windshield Garnish Molding Assembly Procedure Starting at the top, gently pull on the garnish molding to disengage the clip. Disengage tether clip by rotating the tab 90 degrees and pulling out of insert on the molding. Tab must be installed prior to retainer clip. Tab to be fully seated in instrument panel trim panel retainer and valance panel. Disconnect the electrical connector. Transfer all necessary components. The tether clip at the upper portion of the garnish molding MUST be replaced if the tab is damaged or the base of the clip is removed from the sheet metal.
