| 1 | Transfer Case Rear Output Shaft Splines
NOTE:
Witness marks at the location of the yoke are normal. |
| 2 | Transfer Case Oil Pump and Rear Output Shaft Speed Reluctor Wheel Engagement Splines
NOTE:
Witness marks at the location of the components are normal. |
| 3 | Transfer Case Front Output Shaft Drive Sprocket Bearing Surface
NOTE:
Inspect for scoring, brinelling, pitting, or excessive wear. |
| 4 | Transfer Case Two/Four Wheel Drive Clutch Hub Engagement Splines
NOTE:
Witness marks at the location of the hub is normal. |
| 5 | Transfer Case Control Actuator Lever Bearing Surface
NOTE:
Inspect for scoring, brinelling, pitting, or excessive wear. |
| 6 | Transfer Case Control Actuator Lever Thrust Bearing Surface
NOTE:
Inspect for scoring, brinelling, pitting, or excessive wear. |
| 7 | Transfer Case High/Low Clutch Engagement Splines
NOTE:
Witness marks at the location of the high/low clutch is normal. |

| 9 | Oil Galleries

Compressed air may be necessary to clean the oil galleries. |
