Preliminary Procedure Remove the instrument cluster trim plate cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Cover Replacement .
1	Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Fasteners (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
2	Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Assembly Procedure Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool in order to release the steering column upper trim panel seal retainers. Grasp the instrument panel cluster trim plate and pull rearward releasing the retainer clips securing the cluster panel to the instrument panel assembly.

CAUTION:

Tighten
2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Assembly

Procedure

Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool in order to release the steering column upper trim panel seal retainers.
Grasp the instrument panel cluster trim plate and pull rearward releasing the retainer clips securing the cluster panel to the instrument panel assembly.
