Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement

Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Procedures Remove front fascia upper support bracket. Refer to Front Upper Fascia Support Bracket Replacement Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle . Remove the engine shield. Refer to Engine Shield Replacement . Remove the oil pan slid plate. Remove the right front shock rear mounting bolt only from the lower control arm. Refer to Shock Absorber and Spring Removal and Installation Remove the right differential carrier mounting nuts and washers. Refer to Differential Carrier Assembly Replacement (9.25 Inch Axle) , Differential Carrier Assembly Replacement (8.25 Inch Axle) TIP: Slowly lower front differential to avoid damage to the differential actuator motor housing. Stop lowering just prior to the differential actuator motor housing making contact with the steering gear motor.
1	Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2	Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bracket
3	Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Push Retainer
4	Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Push Retainer.
5	Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Assembly Procedure Disconnect the transmission lines from the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection . Note the routing of the transmission line to ensure proper installation. Inspect the transmission fluid level. Refer to Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check .
