Installation Procedure

  1. Install the drive belt idler pulley (2) and bolt to the generator bracket.

    Snug the bolt finger tight.

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Tighten the drive belt idler pulley bolt (1).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
