Installation Procedure

  1. Install the wheel speed sensor (1) to the rear axle.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the wheel speed sensor bolt (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  3. Connect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector (1).
  4. Install the wheel speed sensor electrical connector and sensor harness clips (2) to the inboard frame rail.
  5. Perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle (with HP2) , Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle (without HP2) .
