WARNING: Refer to SIR Warning . Preliminary Procedures Disable the supplemental inflatable restraint (SIR) system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling . Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
1	Front Side Door Check Link Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
2	Front Side Door Upper Hinge Bolt (Qty: 2) Procedure Remove the water deflector. Support the door before removing the hinge bolts. Disconnect the electrical connector, if equipped. With the aid of an assistant, remove the door. Tighten 34 N.m (25 lb ft)
3	Front Side Door Lower Hinge Bolt (Qty: 2) Tighten 34 N.m (25 lb ft)
4	Front Side Door Assembly Procedure When replacing the door, it is necessary to transfer all of the internal components. Adjust the door. Refer to Door Adjustment .
