Front Side Door Check Link Replacement

Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the interior trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  3. Move the window to the full up position.
1 Front Side Door Check Link Bolt (Qty: 2)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
25 N.m (18 lb ft)
2 Front Side Door Check Link Nut (Qty: 2)
Tighten 
9 N.m (80 lb in)
3 Front Side Door Check Link Assembly
TIP:  Remove the check link from the inside of the door.
