Installation Procedure

Install the left cylinder head. Refer to Cylinder Head Installation - Left Side .

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the power steering reservoir and return hose retaining bolts to the cylinder head and tighten to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
Install the following subassemblies:
- The left camshafts-Refer to Camshaft Replacement - Left Side .
- The left secondary camshaft drive chain-Refer to Secondary Camshaft Intermediate Drive Chain Replacement - Left Side .
- The intake manifold-Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement .
- The water crossover-Refer to Water Outlet Replacement (LH2) .
- The left exhaust manifold-Refer to Exhaust Manifold Replacement - Left Side (V8 and LHD) .
