Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition ON, perform the IPC Gage Sweep Test in the IPC Output Controls. Verify that the EOP gage dial moves from minimum to the maximum value and back to the EOP gage minimum value.
    • If the EOP gage does not perform the IPC Gage Sweep Test, replace the IPC.
  2. Engine running, observe the scan tool Engine Oil Pressure Sensor parameter. The reading should be between 41-448 kPa (6-65 psi).
