Removal Procedure

Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
Remove the exhaust system. Refer to Exhaust System Replacement .
Support the transmission with a suitable jack and a block of wood.

Remove the transmission vent hose from the retainers (6) on the mount assembly.

Remove the transmission mount support to body mounting bolts.

Remove the transmission mount support to transfer case mounting bolts.
Remove the transmission mount support assembly from the vehicle.
