Installation Procedure

  1. Install the cooler.
    2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Install the cooler mounting bolts and tighten to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
  3. Connect the EOC lines to the cooler.
  4. Connect the EOC lines to the EOC retaining clips.
  5. Connect the TOC lines to the TOC.
  6. Connect the TOC line to the TOC retainer clip.
  7. Reposition and install the condenser. Refer to Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (Heavy Duty Cooling) or Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (Standard Cooling) .
