Drive Belt Idler Pulley Installation

Center Drive Belt Idler Pulley - A/C Compressor, Water Pump and Power Steering Pump




1. Select the center drive belt idler pulley (1).




2. Install the center drive belt idler pulley.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Tighten the center drive belt idler pulley bolt to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).

Outer Drive Belt Idler Pulley - Supercharger

Lower




1. Select the lower outer drive belt idler pulley (2).




2. Install the lower outer drive belt idler pulley.
3. Tighten the lower outer drive belt idler pulley bolt to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).

Upper




1. Select the upper outer drive belt idler pulley (3).




2. Install the upper outer drive belt idler pulley.
3. Tighten the upper outer drive belt idler pulley bolt to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
