134. Generator Installation

Generator Installation




1. Place the generator bracket in position to the engine block.




2. Loosely install the generator bracket bolts.





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Tighten the generator bracket bolts in proper sequence.

* The front bolt (1) to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
* The upper rear bolt (2) to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
* The lower rear bolt (3) to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).




4. Place the generator in position to the generator bracket.




5. Loosely install the generator bolts.




6. Tighten the generator bolts in proper sequence.

* The upper rear bolt (1) to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
* The lower bolt (2) to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
* The upper front bolt (3) to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
