Water Outlet Housing Installation




1. Place the water outlet housing in place while fitting the bypass hose to the engine front cover.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the water outlet housing bolts to the cylinder heads and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).




3. Reposition the clamp (1) on the bypass hose. Ensure the clamp release mechanism of the clamps are oriented towards the engine front cover and away from the drive belt path.
