WARNING: Refer to Brake Fluid Warning . WARNING: Refer to Brake Fluid Irritant Warning . Preliminary Procedure: Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
1	Brake Pipe Rear Fitting (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 25 N.m (18 lb ft) Tip: Remove any dirt or debris from the brake pipe fitting. Use a backup wrench to hold the brake hose while removing or installing either the brake hose or brake pipe. Cap the brake pipe fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
2	Brake Hose Bracket to Frame Rear Bolt Tighten: 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
3	Brake Hose to Frame Rear Bracket
4	Brake Pipe Rear Fitting (Qty: 2) Tip: Remove any dirt or debris from the brake pipe fitting. Use a backup wrench to hold the brake hose while removing or installing either the brake hose or brake pipe. Cap the brake pipe fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination. Tighten: 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
5	Brake Hose Bracket to Axle Housing Rear Bolt Tighten: 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
6	Frame to Axle Rear Brake Hose Tip: When installing the brake hose bracket to the axle housing, ensure the brake hose bracket is properly located and properly seated on the rear axle housing mounting bracket. Bleed the hydraulic brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Two-mode Hybrid) .
