CAUTION: Refer to Brake Fluid Caution . CAUTION: Refer to Brake Fluid Irritant Caution . Preliminary Procedure: Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
1	Fitting, Brake Pipe Rear (Qty: 2) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 25 N.m (18 lb ft) Tip: Remove any dirt or debris from the brake pipe fitting. Use a backup wrench to hold the brake hose while removing or installing either the brake hose or brake pipe. Cap the brake pipe fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
2	Bolt, Brake Hose Bracket to Frame Rear Tighten: 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
3	Bracket, Brake Hose to Frame Rear
4	Fitting, Brake Pipe Rear (Qty: 2) Tip: Remove any dirt or debris from the brake pipe fitting. Use a backup wrench to hold the brake hose while removing or installing either the brake hose or brake pipe. Cap the brake pipe fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination. Tighten: 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
5	Bolt, Brake Hose Bracket to Axle Housing Rear Tighten: 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
6	Hose, Frame to Axle Rear Brake Tip: When installing the brake hose bracket to the axle housing, ensure the brake hose bracket is properly located and properly seated on the rear axle housing mounting bracket. Bleed the hydraulic brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) .
