Power Tonneau Cover Initialization

Perform the initialization/teach procedure any time:

• New motors have been installed.
• Power or ground to the motors has been interrupted while the tonneau is in motion.

By performing the initialization procedure, the master and slave motors record the full open and close positions. The motors will then be able to determine the open and close safety stop positions.

1. Confirm there is power available by pushing the emergency/learn switch located on the motor cover, left of the cargo bed light. If power is available, the cargo bed light will turn on.
2. Activate the key fob buttons in the following sequence within 3 seconds:
   • Close/Open
   • Close/Open
   • Close/Open
3. Upon start of initialization, the tonneau will close fully to hard stop, then open fully to the hard stop, and lastly close to the fully closed position.
