1	Windshield Washer Arm Finish Cap Tip: Lift the cap from the outside edge and rotate the cap forward in order to expose the wiper arm nut.
2	Windshield Washer Arm Nut NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tip: Hold the wiper blade arm tip to the vertical black bar target mark located at the lower center portion of the windshield while securing the nut. Tighten: 35 N.m (26 lb ft)
3	Windshield Wiper Arm Assembly Procedure Use the J 39637 Wiper Arm Remover Tool. See Special Tools . Transfer the wiper blade to the new windshield wiper arm. Refer to Windshield Wiper Blade Replacement (Flat Blade) or Windshield Wiper Blade Replacement (Conventional) .

Procedure

Use the J 39637 Wiper Arm Remover Tool. See Special Tools .
Transfer the wiper blade to the new windshield wiper arm. Refer to Windshield Wiper Blade Replacement (Flat Blade) or Windshield Wiper Blade Replacement (Conventional) .
