Radiator Grille Replacement (Chevrolet)

Callout Component Name
Preliminary Procedure: 
Remove the radiator air upper baffle/deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement .
1 Radiator Grille Bolts (Qty: 4)
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten:  7 N.m (62 lb in)

2 Radiator Grille

Procedure

  1. Disengage the six clips by using a pair of flat-bladed pliers pinching the retainer tabs securing the grille to the hood stop and hood bumper brackets.
  2. Separate the radiator grille from the hood stop and hood bumper brackets by pushing the radiator grille outward away from the vehicle.
