Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement

Removal Procedure

Important: Do not remove the generator and water pump belt.

1. Remove the power steering and air conditioning drive belt from the power steering pump.




2. Remove the drive belt idler pulley bolt.
3. Remove the drive belt idler pulley.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the drive belt idler pulley.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the drive belt idler pulley bolt.

Tighten the drive belt idler pulley bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

3. Install the drive belt.
