Preliminary Procedures Remove the fuel pipe shield. Refer to Fuel Pipe Shield Replacement (LLT) . Disconnect the engine coolant inlet pipe. Refer to Engine Coolant Inlet Pipe Replacement . Disconnect the radiator inlet and outlet hoses. Refer to Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LH2) or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LY7) and Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LH2) or Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LY7) . Disconnect the outlet pipe from the thermostat housing. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose/Pipe Replacement (LH2) or Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose/Pipe Replacement (LY7) .
1	Thermostat Housing Bolt (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 10 N.m (89 lb ft)

Remove the fuel pipe shield. Refer to Fuel Pipe Shield Replacement (LLT) .
Disconnect the engine coolant inlet pipe. Refer to Engine Coolant Inlet Pipe Replacement .
Disconnect the radiator inlet and outlet hoses. Refer to Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LH2) or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LY7) and Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LH2) or Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LY7) .
Disconnect the outlet pipe from the thermostat housing. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose/Pipe Replacement (LH2) or Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose/Pipe Replacement (LY7) .

Thermostat Housing Bolt (Qty: 3)

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten: 10 N.m (89 lb ft)
