Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2009 Cadillac STS. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the TOC lines.
    2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Install the TOC retainer bracket bolt and tighten to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).

  3. Install new O-rings to the rear TOC lines.
  4. Connect the rear TOC lines to the transmission.
  5. Install the rear TOC line to transmission retainer bolt and tighten to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
  6. Connect the rear TOC line to the front TOC line.
  7. Connect the rear TOC line to the radiator.
  8. Install drivetrain and front suspension frame. Refer to DRIVETRAIN AND FRONT SUSPENSION FRAME REPLACEMENT
  9. Install the LH front splash shield.
  10. Install the LH front splash shield retainers.
  11. Install the LH front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
