Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2009 Cadillac STS. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the front TOC lines.
  2. Connect the front TOC line to the rear TOC line.
  3. Connect the front TOC line to the radiator.

  5. Connect the TOC lines to the transmission oil cooler.
  6. Reposition the radiator.

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  8. Install the bolts that secure the radiator support brackets and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  9. Install the bolts that secure the TOC line to the cooling fan shroud and tighten to 6.5 N.m (58 lb in).
  10. Reposition and reinstall the condenser. Refer to Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (Heavy Duty Cooling) or Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (Standard Cooling) .
