Installation Procedure

  1. Align the trim bezel to the I/P compartment.
  2. Install the valet lockout switch to the bezel.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the retaining screws to the trim bezel.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

  4. Install the striker to the I/P compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Door Lock Striker Replacement .
