Installation Procedure

  1. Install the cooler.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the cooler mounting bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

  3. Connect the EOC lines to the cooler.
  4. Connect the EOC lines to the EOC retaining clips.
  5. Connect the TOC lines to the TOC.
  6. Connect the TOC line to the TOC retainer clip.
  7. Reposition and install the condenser. Refer to Condenser Replacement (Heavy Duty Cooling) or Condenser Replacement (Standard Cooling) or Condenser Replacement (LC3) .
