Water Outlet Housing Disassemble - Off Vehicle

  1. Loosen the intake manifold plenum duct clamp.
  2. Remove the intake manifold plenum duct.

  3. Remove the evaporative emission (EVAP) purge valve bolt.
  4. Remove the EVAP purge valve.

  5. Remove the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor bolt.
  6. Remove the MAP sensor.

  7. Remove the bypass hose clamp.
  8. Remove and discard the bypass hose.

  9. Remove the heater hose fitting.

  10. Remove the engine coolant air bleed fitting.
  11. Remove the EVAP purge valve and MAP sensor O-rings and discard.
