Oil Pan Disassemble - Off Vehicle

    Fig 1: Locating Oil Pan Gasket Rivets

  1. Drill out the oil pan gasket rivets.

  2. Remove and discard the oil pan gasket.

  3. Remove the oil pan drain plug.
  4. Remove and discard the oil pan drain plug O-ring.

  5. Remove the oil level sensor bolt.
  6. Remove the oil level sensor.

  7. Remove and discard the oil level sensor O-ring.
