Water Outlet Housing Assemble - Off Vehicle

  1. Install the NEW bypass hose.
    2. Fig 2: Positioning Bypass Hose Clamp

  2. In order to ensure the bypass hose clamp does not contact the drive belt, properly position the bypass hose clamp, as shown.
    3. Fig 3: Water Outlet Bolts

  3. Install the water outlet bolts.
    4. Fig 4: Water Outlet Gaskets

  4. Install the NEW water outlet gaskets.
