Oil Pan Disassemble - Off Vehicle

    Fig 1: Locating Oil Pan Gasket Rivets

  1. Drill out the oil pan gasket rivets.

  2. Remove and discard the oil pan gasket.

  3. Remove the oil pan drain plug.
  4. Remove and discard the oil pan drain plug O-ring.

  5. Remove the engine oil level switch/temperature sensor bolt.
  6. Remove the engine oil level switch/temperature sensor.

  7. Remove and discard the engine oil level switch/temperature sensor O-ring.
