Engine Block Disassemble - Upper - Off Vehicle

  1. Remove the piston oil nozzle bolts.
  2. Remove the piston oil nozzles.

  3. Remove the engine coolant drain plug.

  4. Remove the engine block to crankcase pins.

  5. Remove the engine block to engine front cover pins.

  6. Remove and discard the camshaft intermediate drive shaft block plug.

  7. Remove and discard the piston oil nozzle oil gallery expansion plug.

  8. Remove the left side block deck face to left cylinder head dowels.

  9. Remove the right side block deck face to right cylinder head dowels.
