The barometric pressure (BARO) is more than 70 kPa.
The vehicle speed sensor (VSS) is less than 8 km/h (5 mph).
The engine run time is more than 10 minutes.
The engine coolant temperature (ECT) is more than 70°C (158°F).
The intake air temperature (IAT) is more than 3°C (38°F).
